Shipping policy

We deliver within India and outside India. In case we are not able to deliver to your location, you shall be informed via call or e-mail.

Since all our clothes and accessories are handmade and handcrafted, we produce it once we receive the orders based on your customisations. Hence, we do not have ready-to-ship fast fashion clothes. For the same, please allow us 7-10 days to beautifully create your product once the order is placed.

For Indian customers:
Time taken for dispatch: 1-2 business days after production - for Quality check
Time taken for delivery: 4-7 business days after production - based on your location


SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges on our products shall be mentioned at the time of checkout. The said shipping charges are volumetric in nature and differ from product to product.

SHIPMENT TRACKING:
Once the product is dispatched by us, you will receive the tracking code, with which you can track the status of your purchased product.

SHIPPING ADDRESS:
At the time of creating an account, customers are requested to provide full addresses with the postal code.
We will not be liable for delays resulting from incomplete address listings.


NOTE:
Billing Address refers to the address where a customer receives credit card bills.
Shipping address refers to the address where the order has to be delivered.
