Returns Policy
Policy We at Bihart work hard to provide our customers with made-on-order clothing with impeccable quality and
detailing. Every time you order with us, we make your order from scratch. Hence, it is not viable for us to
take returns or offer refunds. If the product that you receive is found damaged on receiving, or a different
product than the one ordered has been received, we will happily replace it with a fresh piece. In case you
receive a damaged product, Bihart should be notified within 24 hours of receiving the package (with a video).
If you have ordered a particular size and realise it doesn't fit as well as you had imagined, you can always
send it back to us (at your own cost of courier fee) and get it altered by us. To avoid this we recommend you
talk to us before you place an order so we can help you select the correct size. Please also note that a
product if worn once, label removed, or any signs of usage will not be accepted for size change. We shall
refund the amount if the product you have ordered is not available with us for any reason (it’s rare - because
we make everything from scratch). Disclaimer: The colour in the pictures on the website can slightly vary due
to the use of professional lighting during the shoot. We have tried to keep the product colours as close to
the actual as possible.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some
products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of
your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date
estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item
can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be
rounded up to the next full pound.
